If you’ve invited a colleague to your PaintWizz account but they haven’t received the invitation, or if the invite is more than 48 hours old, you can easily resend it by following these steps:
- Log in to PaintWizz and navigate to Account Settings.

- In the Users section, find the email address of the person you want to reinvite.
- Click the Resend Invite button in the Invite column.

A new email will be sent to their inbox, from no-reply@paintwizz.com, with the subject line: “Someone invited you to use their PaintWizz account.” Your colleague can then open the email and follow the instructions to join.

If they still can’t find the email, remind them to check their spam or junk folder.
